Sweden contract flow
The bounce rate in existing system was 82% at the first entry point - showed the Analytics. During the analysis we found out multiple blockers: mainly unclear CTA and necessity to insert personal data in very early stage of customer journey. Meaningful CTA was an easy part. We also created a workaround so the potential client was able to get price calculation for different packages without inserting personal data and thereby removed main blockers, as well as brought the benefits for client into first sight.
